Apfelkorn is not know here, which I find stunning, because if someone would have the brains to get it over here to the US they would make a killing.
We are a small hiking group and the guys experimented with homemade beer and we made some homemade Apple wine, which was surprisingly good.

There are many things overseas that I would like to see here in the groceries stores and vice versa. I have to send Skittles and Jello powder packages (Gelatin desert ) to Europe which is ridiculous. There are many things I wish to find here in the US. Blood sausage to be one of them 🙂

I have seen blood sausage here but am keen to know how to make apple wine 🍷. Did it taste like cider?
It was actually very refreshing and not sweet at all. It had a good taste, fruity but not like juice. Hard to explain.
