It’s a slippery slope, with lots of natural rocks and stones. They made it sturdier.
It is the most artsy hand rail I have ever seen
Well, the local government has made sure it will not get sued for negligence if the railing collapses in wet weather!

We have a similar staircase in an area park… much easier to go down than up. Great picture!
