Absolutely gorgeous! I had not seen one before. But like someone else said, I had not seen black squirrels for the longest time and they are much more common now. Maybe I will see one live some day.
They all of a sudden showed up in our neighborhood. White animals, like dogs, are often the sign of overbreeding and sadly, they are often disabled as well.
That’s very cool. I have not seen any albino squirrels around here. Maybe someday. I never used to see black squirrels here and now they’re everywhere. I looked up how a white squirrel happens, and, of course, it’s a recessive gene thing. If both parents have that recessive gene you can get a white squirrel. So I think it’s inevitable that I’ll see one here someday.

I have heard a lot of times there is blindness or very poor vision for those animals. I hope the squirrel thrives!
Wow. An albino squirrel
Absolutely beautiful . . . the way that tail curls 🙂 !
I had never seen one before but now they seem to be everywhere.
His vision may be compromised by his condition. Good capture! 🙂
I imagine such a beauty may suffer bullying!
I’d give him lots of peanuts. 🙂
So unreal. Wow!

Those albino squirrels are something else. I have never seen one in real life.
