It seems like the daily prompt is back to normal for the moment, but I still would like to keep the writing challenge going.

This weeks challenge:

Write about your favorite painting. Why do you like it? What’s the story behind it, do you know? And why is it special to you?

I will post my story tomorrow in the morning.

Wishing everybody a nice longer weekend~!

Please post a link to your answer in the comment section, so that I can put them all together here.

    • I love it, I love it. Beautiful painting. I looked the artist up and love his Umbrella collection.

What a great story. Thank you so much for sharing. I have never heard of the painter and just widened my horizon 🙂

Unfortunately he passed away a year or so ago. But he was very good with color.

  4. I like Vincent’s ‘sunflowers’. Mr Van Gogh never sold a single painting during his entire life, yet brought sunshine to the world ever since. One would have to admire that. Thank you Vincent!
