I am not old she said

age

I like the idea of being rare, I like it a lot.

I am not old

I am not old…she said
I am rare.

I am the standing ovation
At the end of the play.

I am the retrospective
Of my life as art

I am the hours
Connected like dots
Into good sense

I am the fullness
Of existing.

You think I am waiting to die…
But I am waiting to be found

I am a treasure.
I am a map.

And these wrinkles are
Imprints of my journey

Ask me anything.

Thoughts from a traveller just like us, too good to ignore. Please leave comments on the original post and not just here, thank you.

What a wonderful attitude to have. It is full of confidence.
    I love the words …
“I am waiting to be found.
    I am a treasure.
    I am a map”

    • I had a feeling you would. Maybe because we both are rare 🙂

  7. I don’t mind looking like a map but could it be as smooth as a lake between a couple of mountains?
