After much careful research, it has been discovered that the artist Vincent van Gogh had many relatives.
Among them were:
His dizzy aunt: Verti Gogh
The brother who ate prunes: Gotta Gogh
The brother who worked at a convenience store: Stopn Gogh
The brother who bleached his clothes white: Hue Gogh
The cousin from Illinois: Chica Gogh
His magician uncle: Wherediddy Gogh
His Mexican cousin: Amee Gogh
The Mexican cousin’s American half brother: Grin Gogh
The nephew who drove a stagecoach: Wellsfar Gogh
The ballroom dancing aunt: Tan Gogh
The bird lover uncle: Flamin Gogh
His nephew psychoanalyst: E Gogh
The fruit loving cousin: Man Gogh
An aunt who taught positive thinking: Wayto Gogh
The little bouncy nephew: Poe Gogh
A sister who loved disco: Go Gogh
And his niece who travels the country in a van: Winnie Bay Gogh
A small dose of silliness a day keeps the frowns away.

Too funny! Such a beautiful painting!
Yes, indeed. Thank you.
Ha, ha! Quite a clever list.
I am glad you liked it.
Very clever! 🙂
And….
Happy happy birthday (belated)
🎈☀️
Thank you. How did you know?
I think daily musings (Lisa) posted it on Cee’s blog – for the 11/7 bdays

Ha
I LOVE his art too. I need colors in my life.
yes!
This is such a clever, funny list! I opened the post so curiously expecting a true family story. You provided a good laugh! 😂
It made me laugh, especially the Mexican cousins. 🙂
At least you have reminded me how to pronounce his name
Love it! 🌻
Oh my gosh I thought you were serious in your first paragraph 😂
I was, but only for one paragraph 🙂
A fun collection.
Very clever!
A fun collection – and made possible by the fact that Americans don’t pronounce his name correctly 😂
It was a joke Clive. I am an American and do pronounce his name correctly. 🙂
I’d rather guessed that, and it was a lot of fun! I wonder how many over there will get it, though 😂
Amee Gogh was my favorite 🙂 Had to think there for a while.
They were all very clever, I enjoyed them 😊
Isn’t that why we had the American Revolutionary War, to decide on Van Go or Van Goff?
Not sure 🙂
