My phone can do wonderful things, I just have to see them. I always loved the art ice and snow creates. I was born and raised in the Alps (Austria)it already fascinated me as a child.
Ice or freezing fog with a touch of wind makes for a beautiful structure like that. Things we absolutely hate! Yet when it’s over, we take pictures of the results. Same as in life.
This is winter’s beauty at its finest!

Wow! Beautiful!
Vibrant life surviving in the middle of frozen spikes. I bet they taste good. Maybe like ice cream! 😉
It better be sugar free 🙂
Definitely sugar free!
So beautiful!
BRRR!
glacé cherries?
🥰
On this 36’C afternoon, your picture is a delight to see!
Oh, how lovely. It’s dark, cold and muddy here. 36 C sounds heavenly.
I love the effects of a bit of hoar frost. Nature being artistic yet again!

I do not hate it, I love ice and snow, I really do. I enjoy the summer time, but come to live when the days get shorter and colder.
We’re expecting 7-9″ of snow today with a layer of ice. I don’t want to be in, it but love watching it.
Stay warm, be safe!
gorgeous, Bridget! <3
did you take this photo?

Red and white reminds me of Christmas
I didn’t think about that. You are right.
