I am by birth a night owl, a bar fly by sleeping patterns but retrained myself to be an early bird.
When I was working I did the morning thing for years, but most every day struggled to get out of bed and wasn’t really awake for at least an hour or more. Even as a kid it was hard to wake up for school.
