Pretty lavender. I have one plant in my garden. I drove by a lavendar farm on my way home from spending the night shooting the sky up north. Couldn’t stop, it was close to 4 a.m. But someday I will go back. Several years ago I was there with a group of photographers, and that was a blast.
We have a lavender farm close by, it’s beautiful. I always loved the plant. We have a very small rose garden in our backyard and the lavender bushes in between make it look more stunning.
I planted lots more this year because as the temperatures keep rising, many traditional plants are now struggling, but lavender will tolerate hot and dry conditions.
Is that a butterfly at the top of the flowers? Beautiful shot!

This is growing wild, which surprised me. We have lavender in our yard and the bees love it.
