I have often wondered why we don’t have a word for parent who lost their children… it is not supposed to happen that way but parents probably quite often (especially in war) outlive their child. I have always thought there should be a name for that loss.
Sadness
Dispare
Tragic
Devastating
And more are poor attempts to describe it. A parent should never out live a child. A very well done poem my friend!
He started this war because ‘he had a feeling.’ First of all, the man is not capable of feelings. Second, it’s just a diversion from Epstein. A diversion that is killing people. The man is pure evil.
I think many of us know that. The war started and Epstein was forgotten. It’s a shame.
With that perfect illustration this is simply powerful
Not just a word . . . a sentence no one deserves. . .
Through all of history, mankind has been killing each other. It’s sickening.
Spot on. Powerful work . Thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you Bev.
Seeing men (and it is predominantly men) glorifying war and relishing the destruction of human lives is truly sickening. I wonder, do they pray for their enemies when they next attend their churches? Do they seek forgiveness?
They don’t have to. A lot of Christians, Jews and Muslims believe that a war against their enemy (a man-made up hatred) is ok, so is the killing of an ‘enemy’ because they have managed to interpret certain passages of the ‘good book(s)’ to their needs. Killing in war is not murder. Every organized religion has mastered this to perfection.
So very true, and so very despicable.
This brought tears to my eyes. Beautifully done.
Thank you, Kymber.
