Where am I?
Do I even exist?
What role do I play in the universe?
For most of my life, I ran away from these questions.
The answers that would have reached me
have caused panic in me.
And now I’m standing here.
More questioned than ever before.
Nothing that I have seen or learned
calmed me down. Quite the opposite.
One question raises the next.
I am restless, impatient, and always in search.
I am a universal nomad. And maybe
this is the answer to all my questions.
And what connects you and me.

“One question raises the next” – so true, a perfect line! Well written!
Thank you, Leigha.
You’re most welcome.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can relate, I think about these questions too. Great poem.
Thank you, Pooja. I lam glad you liked it.
You’re very welcome.
Beautiful read
Thank you so much.
A beautiful read
The essence of life
Good to see you. I hope all is well.
Getting there, Bridget. Thanks very much
Well penned and well questioned. There are times I find myself wandering aimlessly about (like a nomad) and then my wife helps me realize that what I really need to feel valued is a good old fashioned project. Of course she is right. Happy Monday. Allan
LOL thanks for the laugh. You just have to love a wife who has a honey-do-list and I am glad I am not the only one who keeps her husband busy.
I have many of the same questions, and I agree that one question only raises the next. 🩷🌷🌺
That’s what’s so confusing. Every time I think I got all the answers, all I go is more questions. 🙂
My brain refuses to play today so “I think, therefore I am!” is not relevant until normal service is resumed!
I have given up on normal service a long time ago 🙂 Sorry you are not feeling well. I hope you will be in playtime soon.
