Not sure where my mind is today… but the white above his beak automatically reminded me of the nose plugs some people wear at the pool. Perhaps that birdie is headed out for a swim? Nice picture, in spite of my weird mind imagery.
To me it looks like an older woman, a cartoon character maybe. The glasses are readers, sitting on her nose and she looks at the children above the rim. Oh, isn’t it wonderful what we all see.
