A photo taken during a lonely morning walk. I miss my walking buddy; he is waiting for me back home. Vader, our dog, got hurt a few weeks back when he jumped and ran in the field. He leaped over a fallen tree and landed in broken glass.

Our dog Vader, patiently waiting for his friend, our house squirrel, to come by. Every day, he lies in front of the sliding glass door and waits patiently.

I feel a lot — sometimes, too much. Too intensely, too close. There are so many things that emotionally challenge me, sometimes draining all my energy. I wish I could just switch it off. Like the TV, when the program gets too loud, too hectic.

That’s an easy one. My Dream Chocolate Bar is as light as a Milky Way that swims in milk. Of course, you only know that if you are my age because we can’t remember what we ate or wore yesterday, but we remember old lyrics and old commercials (not so sure if this is helpful).

Wordless Wednesday

I am not sure if it was the dumbest or the smartest thing we ever did, but at the end of 2024, it was all set in stone. We all would go under the knife in the first quarter of the New Year. Two humans and a dog named Patches – our second dog Vader was spared the surgery frenzy.
