In a world of endless pain,
Where conflict rages on and on,
There is a hope, a saving grace,
In the form of machines, AI-grown.
I wish a machine would give me access to other people’s feelings. I am not interested in their secrets, even though I can imagine it would be very entertaining -and shocking- to find all the skeletons hidden in the closets, but the truth is, human beings puzzle me. I would love to see what others feel and think, and why they act the way they do.
Look at him! Glancing at his human with loyalty in his eyes. They don’t know each other for too long, they just met. Mark took ownership of the dog three weeks ago when a young girl who had the dog before needed to rehome him. That’s where Drama’s story begins. How it will end? I don’t know but I am trying my best to change his future.
Many are concerned about climate change, and others doubt it will occur. Some are still undecided. Will it really be that bad? Is there anything we can do about it? And if so, what? In many ways, I live in luxury. A great luxury for me is to be able to choose the people around me. I don’t have to deal with everyone who gets put in front of my nose. I spend time with most people because I want it that way.

Today a neighbor warned us of the icecream truck, asked us to boycott it. Yesterday another panicked because kids had been playing outside, kids who live in the same house.
