Because they wouldn’t pay otherwise.

I just hope he keeps digging himself into a deeper hole.

    • It seems the deeper he digs the more rats come out. Gosh, if I never have to hear the name “Trump” again it’s not a minute too early.

  3. Interesting dilemma though: if he got in, would Republican congressmen and senators support him because he’s one of theirs, or block him because he’s mad?

    • Part of his own party would blog him, that’s my wild guess. But lets hope it doesn’t come to it. I shudder just thinking about it.

Even if by some horrible twist of fate that man gets voted into office, people forget that the president has very little power overall. We can still vote a majority of reasonable people into the Senate and the House (a majority of the seats are up for re-election). The president is the top, but he is far from the most powerful. Just look at what President Obama couldn’t accomplish with the House and Senate working against him his entire term.

Then again, look at what he did…

    • He would be an absolute disaster. He would destroy our reputation in the world. So far they are just laughing about our election shame, but that can change.

President Obama accomplished a lot during the last 8 years.

No, I agree with you. He would ruin the USA’s reputation everywhere. And imagine how much more President Obama could have accomplished if the House and Senate hadn’t fought him at every turn. We also have to focus on putting good people there too is my point.
