How can 20 harmless-looking pills have such an impact? How do they manage to put so much power into something so small? Listening to my body is not an easy task.

where poppy bloom between grave crosses
the grasses whisper and sway gently

I just spent virtually 1 minute and 38 seconds in a bomb shelter in Ukraine. Tears are running down my cheeks listening to the song from the Disney movie ‘Frozen’.

When you clean your weapon
When time and again, you clean your weapon
When you rub strong-smelling oils into your weapon
And shield it from the rain with your own body
When you swaddle it like a baby

You’re only nineteen, no baby, no wife —
The weapon becomes your only kin
You and the weapon are one.

A group posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds.

“What does love mean?”

The answers were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. How easy it can be explained by innocent minds.

The first time I visited Rome the Capital City of Italy, only 6 hours away from our farm in South Tyrol, I felt at home. I had never been there before, but had walked the streets of Rome for many hours in my mind at school, when we learned all about the Roman Empire. I had wept for the innocent and poor who were tortured, or were just a human toy in the brutal games the rich invented to entertain themselves and the masses.
