Something happened last week, that made me rethink and reevaluate my beliefs (?) or perhaps as someone who claims to be agnostic, I should not use the word BELIEVE, but instead call it opinion.
I was raised by my Grandmother, the wonderful woman who happened to be part Jewish. My Grandfather, the man I never met, died 1963, a few months before I was born. He had been sent to the concentration camps Dachau and Auschwitz; he had to wear the red triangle – like all the other political prisoners during World War II.
The result from the experiment is shocking:
6 sided with the racist who discriminated and insulted a Muslim woman.
13 stood up and spoke up for the Muslim woman, even left the bakery.
22 did nothing. They held their head down, decided it wasn’t their problem.

No matter what will happen around me, I have to continue playing.
It’s hard to believe they would look for us here, but nowadays they seem to be everywhere. Times have changed, we are not safe anymore; they are hunting us like animals.
“Have you even read the United States constitution? I will gladly lend you my copy. Look for the words LIBERTY and EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAW.”

Donald Trump and his fan club don’t even allow a silent protest. A Muslim woman, Rose Hamid, and others stood there in silence with a yellow Rub el Hizb pinned at their chest and they were escorted out by security officers and campaign representatives.
All it takes is one person to make a difference. This video is going viral and I would love to share it with everybody, who is following my blog.
