My morning turned out great! An older man, sadly I can not call him a gentleman because he was all but gentle, called me. He had found my business number online, which he explained to me later. But first, he came straight to the point. With a hoarse voice, and without wasting any time on manners or nonsense like saying ‘Hello’ he told me he had a cigarette burn in his couch and he wanted me to come by and fix it.
Yesterday, because I rushed it even though I should know better, I stapled myself. It’s fascinating how it works. The staple coming out of my pneumatic staple gun, goes into my finger -not all the way, but deep enough to make an impact and then…nothing.
I went to ‘The Little Clinic’ at Kroger’s yesterday, needed a refill for a medication, wanted my sprained ankle to be taken care of. I had made the appointment online, arrived before time, waited in the parking lot for a few minutes.
Finally, they are going to widen our horizon and offer now new online classes, especially for educated people, who still use the old common sense. All guess what? All ages are welcome!
Our not so little puppy Patches had her 4 month birthday yesterday. She weighs already 25 pounds and gets more and more black spots. Many are still under the fur on her skin and just shine through, others pop up over night.
Oh my, what kind of disease it? Must be dangerous. I know, I know. It must be a case of stupid, I heard it’s going around and it’s highly contagious. I went to the store the other day and the kid at the checkout grabbed the divider-thingy and asked me, if I knew how much it cost.
