When I was a newlywed and a young student I cleaned offices late in the evening. I remember my first interview very well. The owner was hesitant toward my age. He thought I would lack experience, but gave me a try when I told him about the women who had trained me to SEE DIRT.
The New York Times, or how I like to call them, “The New York Trump,” had a headline today and it angered me.
Right there on the front page it said:
I worked as an interpreter and translator for many years. You have seen so many places, you have traveled so much, I hear this quite often and it’s true. I have traveled and seen the world -as I always wanted to- and I got paid for doing so.
