It’s spring time and many of us will start working out again. It’s time to lose our Christmas butt and the candy-love-handles we have gotten during the winter time.

My husband has gained some weight since he quit smoking. I noticed it a couple of weeks ago, and it made me smile. Life has its good moments.

I wish our refrigerator could talk. I mean why not? Everything else seems to be able to talk these days; GPS systems, phones, check out registers and cars, so why can’t our appliances talk?
This is what we need, another pill to pop. What a brilliant suggestion! Most of us already swallow too many pills the way it is. Here is a pill to lose weight; here is a pill to give up smoking. Here is a pill for you to go to the bathroom, here is a pill for you to stay out of the bathroom and let’s not forget our most beloved antibiotic, which we take for almost everything these days.
I am a terrible patient, know too much and know too little, question everything and question it again, when I am not satisfied with the answers I get. I am always looking for explanations, do my own research and don’t take “No” for an answer.
I know what you all are thinking “has she lost her mind?” And as much as I wish to, I can’t answer this question. Maybe I am more in a state of confusion, combined with an overload on information -a few things made my head spin and I am trying to find some answers. But let me go back and explain first, please!
