Sometimes I come across an article or a story that doesn’t leave me alone. People I don’t know -and never will know- are all of a sudden on my mind for days.
I wish I could make people sit down and listen to this. I am not sure if it would do any good, it seems you can’t reach people on the other side anymore.

The French citizens have spoken, and they have spoken loud and clear. They sent a message to the right-wing nationalists and stomped them into the ground -where they belong.
Sad day for everybody -even for the ones who don’t see it yet. 2018 can’t come quickly enough. I hope the people who voted for this mess won’t be hurt…

Ladies and gentlemen, please fasten your seatbelts. We are not going back in time, we are flying back in time, and it might be a bumpy ride.

This woman held up a sign that says it all. We live in the 21st century and have to march for science. Absurd indeed! What better day for a protest for science, than Earth Day.

I am not too crazy about the political news lately. I try to avoid it because there is only so much I can take. However, there are days when I have to read it, and I just can’t get enough.

I am so excited! Coal is coming back. I am not sure when and exactly how, but we here in the U.S. decided to go back to basics -whatever that means. Screw the alternative energy, that’s horse-hockey. We don’t need windmills or solar panels, we need good, old coal for something -not sure what.

I watched the news, “I hope they will feel it,” I thought to myself and felt ashamed right away.
