Fear is powerful beyond measure. When we are afraid we pull back. I hope I will go to bed tonight without any fear of tomorrow.

“Do you know where we have to go to vote tomorrow?” the young woman asked me.
They just moved here, and she is still learning her way around. I hired her as a part-time helper in my workshop, and I try to answer all her questions as good as I can.

Donald Trump insists that President Obama and of course Hillary Clinton are alone to blame for the war in Syria and the uprising of ISIS. His supporters, of course, believe him, they are busy hating, they don’t have time for facts, they don’t seem to have the time for research, even when it’s right at their fingertips.
One of my helpers, a young woman in her early 30’s is not sure who to vote for in this Presidential election. “I don’t like either of them,” she stated, and I don’t blame her; I feel the same way.
The Paralympics are in full swing, but nobody here in the U.S. talks about it. Since days I look at the headlines on different news websites, and there is hardly any mentioning of it.

Being an emperor or an empress for a day, think about all the wonderful things one could do -all the rules and regulation one could change. I would make radical changes, changes that might even anger a few.
